02:46 pm - Time for an update I guess
So what have I been up to... I have been going out with friends and my boyfriend just trying to have a really good time. I finished this semester and I got 4 A's and an A-. Grr to the A-! Anyways I am still awaiting law school replies. I really hpe I get into UNC law school. I will just have to wait and see. Im sure where ever I get into I will be happy going there. Things are done for a reason so I will just have to wait and see where I will end up.
Anyways Sadie is doing good. She is huge! Tim and I are driving to Chicago on the 22nd and then flying to Albany (where his family lives) on the 24th and flying back to Chicago on the 28th and then coming back to Pcola on the 2nd. That is a lot of traveling. I hope it will be a good holiday. We are taking the dogs and cat with us so we had to rent an SUV to bring everything home. I cant wait to come hme and spend time with my family and friends.
Well I am at work and I am extremely bred. What to do...? Well this is my update for now. I will post something when I start hearing from law schools.

11:58 am - What a Weekend
So this past weekend Tim and I went to Miami for the Miami v UNC football game. It was awesome. Miami won of course. It was a short weekend seeing as we left Friday morning and came back on Sunday morning. It was really fun though. I got to meet Luis' parents and his friends. I wouldnt mind going back to Miami to spend some time there and vacation and stuff.
Other then my trip nothing else new is really going on. Tim and I went canoeing the previous weekend and that was kick ass. Ive never been canoeing so it was great fun. We tried to bring Sadie and Yager, but Sadie tipped the canoe so I took her home and just brought back yager. Yager actually went into the water on his own. He wanted to go swimming. It was so cute. He jumped in from the canoe. My little guy is so cute.
So Tim and I decided what we are doing for xmas. We are driving to Chicago with the animals and then flying out of Chicago to Albany to spend xmas with Tim's family and then flying back to Chicago and spending New Years with my family and then driving back to Pensacola. I think our week and half will feel more like 2 days becuase of all of the traveling, but we will both see our families and be together so it will be all good.

08:33 am - Time for another update
Alright so I took my LSAT. It wasnt too bad. I think or at least I hope I did really well. I am keeping my fingers crossed and praying that I scored really well. I will get to see Oct 24. I also finished applying to all my law schools. I applied to 10 schools: Depaul University, University of Florida, Florida Coastal School of Law, Florida State University, University of Georgia, Georgia State University, Loyola Chicago University, University of Miami, University of North Carolina, and Stetson University. That is the list alphabetically, not by which one I want to go to the most. Honestly I really hope to get into like 5 schools so I will have somewhat of a choice on which schools I will really want to go to. All of the schools have plenty of Pros and Cons to them.
So Tim and I havent really been going out a lot lately. I just have been so busy with school and LSAT and law school stuff that I just have been exhausted on the weekends and simply want to relax with any fee moment. Its been sad with how much of a dork I am. I really want to go out more, its just i like being sober and chilling with Tim. I think I just need to get things turned around and get back into the mindset of how much fun going out really is. Not that I dont love my boyfriends company, part of me really wishes that we could go out with a bunch more people. I guess I dug myself into this hole when I stopped hanging out with all my friends and now all of a sudden I want things back to the way it used to be. Except with some other friends because my previous friends werent exactly friends. Well half of them were I dont know what and the other half were friends.
Anyways I am here at work covering for another clerk. I do too much for this job and dont get rewarded. I still havent gotten a raise. It pisses me off to no end. I better be getting a really nice raise soon. I think I really going to start looking for a new job. The only drawback is if I get a new job I might have to dress up and I might have to report to all of my law schools a change in my resume. I guess i got it good here seeing as I can do homework and talk to friends and only half of the time do actual work.
So school is going good. I am doing really well considerign I am so busy. I just got funded for my Student Humane Assocation to go on a conference. The only drawback is they didnt fund us to fly, but to drive. I am not driving to Miami for a weekend for a conference. Plus the following weekend after the conference I am driving to Miami for a football game. Thankfully this time we arent taking my car, but a friends. That trip should be soooo awesome. GO CANES!!!
Anyways that was my update, now to find something to do on this computer.

11:10 pm - Busy times in my life
So yeah I have been really really busy and that is why I havent really updated. I am starting to freak out about my LSAT. That is the Law School Admission Test. I am taking a Prep course and Im scoring higher every time, but I have been stressing cause I need a really good score to get into the law schools I want to go to. I am taking 5 classes right now and prepping for this LSAT and working 20-30 hours a week and getting my law school applications ready. Can you tell I have been busy.
I havent really been keeping up with homework... I ahve been turning stuff in on time and doing the work, I just havent been reading the material like I should. Luckily I am taking classes where the tests are open book and there isnt a lot of assignments. Two more weeks and my LSAT will be over with adn I will have applied to all the schools that I am going to apply to. I am applying to 10 right now... That is a lot of schools to apply to, but odds tell me I should get into at least two of those schools. I am just hoping I get into a certain 2.
Anyways on top of being really busy with everything about a week and a half ago I got rear ended. I was stopped at a traffic light and some coversion van decided to use my little ford focus as a brake. Luckily my car wasnt hurt. I have just a minor scratch on it. I was hurt pretty badly I guess. I left after the accident cause the van just drove off, even though it looked like he was pulling over. I went to class and hten to work and all of a sudden my neck started to hurt progressly more and more. So after I went to my last class of the day I went to the doctor and he gave me some muscle relaxants. It helped a little bit and then Tim adn I went to Atlanta for the weekend. During the trip my back started to hurt pretty badly and my neck kept hurting. The pain got worse and worse everyday so I went back to the doctor and he told me to go to the Emergency Room and get some xrays.
4.5 hours later I found out no bones broken. YAY for me. I got a bunch of meds for pain. Muscle relaxants, anti inflamatory, and pain killers. THe meds make me dizzy, nauseous, sleepy and sick to my stomach. I have to take them or I hurt too much. My back hasnt gotten better and neither has my neck. If fact lately it feels like im being stabbed through the bottom of my rib cage through to my back. Not a pleasant feeling. I might have to go get MRIs taken on Wed if im not seeing any improvements.
I dont need any of this right now. I want to put all this crap on hold until after my LSAT test is over. On a happier note being in Atlanta the other weekend was SOOOOOO much fun. Tim and I had a blast. Great times had by all.
Well that is my life right now. Im sure I wont update again until after Oct 1, the day of my LSAT. So that is all for now. My neck hurts and I need to lay down nad get some sleep.

Tim and I our going on a 7 night cruise to the western carribean next march and im trying to upload my ticker... i think this will work. I wanted to upload it to my aim profile. Matt do you know how to do that?
excited01:16 pm - wipes the dust off of the journal
Its been a while since I updated this, but im usually rather busy while I am at work. Well I am bored as hell so I decided to wipe the dust off of this journal. Im not sure if anyone even reads my journal anymore... but I dont care. So Hurricane Dennis swept right through Pensacola and poor poor pcola just cant handle anymore storms. Right before the storm hit, it wobbled toward the East which benefited me cause inside of hitting Pcola it hit Navarre harder then me.
Tim and I starting drinking at about 12 noon in case the storm was scary we could just get drunk and pass out. At about 3pm our power went off and that it when the storm came right by my home. It wasnt as scary as I thought it would be and at 4pm Tim and I were outside cleaning up all the tree limbs and stuff. It wasnt even rainy anymore. We got our power back two days later and I will never complain about being cold again. I would rather be cold then hot anyday!!!!
On to another note.... Tim's bday was about a month ago and I got him a tattoo. The guy who did overcharged me a lot, but I thought we would get great work... no not so much. He didnt fill in the tattoo like he should have. He missed spots so now we have to go back and have him retouch it for free. Poor Tim has to go through that again. I dont think tats hurt, but Tim thinks they do. We also went to the circus. It was awesome. I also took Tim to a strip club for his birthday too. It wasnt as bad as I thought it would be. Ive been to strip clubs before, but I thought I would act different cause girls would be all over Tim, but I didnt freak at all.
This weekend Tim and I cleaned and did yard work. I cleaned our little kiddie pool and filled it back up. WE also went to COyotes on Friday and I got really drunk, and then last night we went to Fridays and then we went to Babes(a strip club). Ive never been to Babes before and I liked it a whole lot more hten the one I took Tim to for his bday. I think Im strip clubbed out for a while though. We might go to one this week cause Tim's friend is coming down to visit. Dylan is a cool dude and he should be more fun then Tim's other friend Shawn.
All in all I lead a boring life so nothing big has really gone on. Sadie is getting huge and the house is doign great. Im starting to take on a lot with my LSAT coming up and a heavy fall semester. This should be a busy year!!

Another year gone by... and another year wiser? HAHAHA... It was wierd last night. When Tim and I were driving out to dinner I was like man Im finally really 21. No more fake, but legally 21. I remember thinking hey thats only 3 years away.. then the years went by slowly, except for this past year. I just feel like hey im 21... now everyone else, besides me, views me as older. When you say hey im 20... people think yeah this person is young, but when you say hey im 21.. they think automatically different of you. This is for people who dont know you of course.
Anyways all and all my bday was awesome. I went to work from 8-5 (that sucked but big paycheck). Tim surprised me with a gift in my car in the morning. It was awesome. At work I got a big bouquet of balloons which was very difficult trying to fit into my car when I was trying to go home. Also I got a cake from my boss. When I got home Tim had a basket of flowers on the dining room table and all my gifts wrapped up. Tim's mom called jsut as I walked into the door and made me open her gift when I was on the phone with her. She got me a dark pink tshirt and a hat and a beach towel and bag from American Eagle. It was nice of her to send me some stuff. I was totally surprised. My new roommate even got me stuff, she gave me a card and a purse with lotions in it. Tim got me two new bras from Victoria Secret. He is really good at picking out stuff. He said he had help, but he knew exactly what direction to go into. I got the IPEX bra... its comfy and nice, but the sides dig into my arms when im not wearing a shirt... He also got me some perfume and tanning lotion and two CDs and the complete season to Charmed.. champaign and Jagermeister and red bull and .... i think that was it... that is a lot of stuff. He is so good to me.
We then went toMcGuires for dinner and they sang happy bdayto me and brought me dessert. We were so full by that point. I had a glass of wine with dinner and then an Irish Wake. My first legal drinks!!!! Then we went to the beach and layed by the water and drank the champaign. We stayed out there for a long time. It was really romantic, but chilly!!! Then we came home and played with the dogs. I couldnt exactly get drunk cause 1. i was too full 2. i had to work this morning at 8. It sucks being at work all day all hungover. Ill get my drink on this weekend though!!!
Sadie has been so good lately... she learned sit and she knows come. SHe is calming down, but he minute she gets wet.. she is crazed! its funny, plus when tim is alone with her she is more wild then when im around. She just behaves better around me. Im glad though. Well this is long enough for an update so its time to stop writing and get back to work. This only took 9 minutes to write... now i have another 8 hours of work.. ICK!!!

Well Well Well..... its an update. I usually dont update cause im just too busy, but i thought about it and i decided to write a short little entry. I tried updating a week ago but it deleted the update on me and i had already typed a lot so i didnt update it again. Anyways... Tim and I leave tonight for a wedding we both are in. This should be interesting.... seeing as its Tim's best friend and his girl. Im not really all that close to either of them... but hey up in NC. I go north for my spring breaks... whats up with that? Next year.. if im not engaged... Tim and I are going to go on a cruise for my spring break. I am so excited just thinking about it. I need a fun "college life" experience.
Well my house is all remodeled and mostly finished. It was stressful but its done!!! Now I just have a couple things left to do like paint and clean and put up pictures. Shawn and Shelley will be down here in a couple days for hteir honeymoon... so that should be interested as well. I am jam packed with little trips for the next month. This weekend NC then back to pcola and hten Shawn wants to go to Destin so we will head on over there for a couple and hten the following weekend I have a conference in Atlanta. Its pretty cool, the school is paying for my rental and my hotel and the confernce.
Well Sadie is getting HUGE and yager is still small and they play all the time. Well now its time for me to get going on all my homework i have to get to this week.

Anyways nothing really is going on in the life of Julie. Actually that is a lie. I got a new puppy. She is a Great Dane named Sadie and she is getting bigger every day. If anyone wants pictures since I do not know how to get them on this page I can email pictures. Well the puppy is doing really good and the training is going well with her. She has very little accidents except when Tim is alone with her.
Well I finally got the money I need to fix my roof and it is fixed. I am so excited about that. NO more leaking roof. Now all I have to do is get the inside of the house fixed. That is my next task. I have to get some more estimates so hopefully soon this will be all done. I want a normal house again.
Well there are a couple of little trips I plan on going on this year. Tim and I want to see his family is MA and then two weddings both of course in NC. One of the weddings was supposed to be in SC but becuase of money got moved. Oh well no Charleston for me.
Christmas and New Years was a blast and besides that nothing really else is going on. OOOOhhh yeah I am starting to get Law school stuff ready so I can start narrowing down the schools to apply to. Right now I have 13 schools I am interested in. Most of course are in Florida becuase of in state tuition and then rest are in IL, NC, IN. Well I am loving my law classes right now even though they are really hard. I hope after a while they will get easier because the researching wont be as hard. Well that is all i can think of for now. I am of course at work and bored and missing my dogs and my Tim!!! I barely get to see Tim anymore. Even though we live together he works 8-5 and I work in the morning and then have class late afternoon and into the night. I dont get to see him until at least 830 of every night of the week. Weekends are nice because I get to be with him a lot more. Well take care all!!!!
Oh by the way the weather down here is really wierd. On Friday and Sat is was short wearing weather and now today it is 37 degrees. It goes from 75 to 37??? What is up with that??? It is supposed to be in the 70s soon. Weather is so wierd.
